I was diagnosed with celiac disease 12 years ago. At that time finding gluten free food, makeup, personal care products, or being able to go out to eat was stressful and the options were minimal. Researching every single item that I was either going to consume or allow to touch my skin was exhausting. There were days I would just cry because I could not find the product I needed that was safe for me to use.
Now it is MUCH easier to find gluten free products. Most items are labeled, but even still some are unsafe. The cross-contamination and the PPM (parts per million) of gluten that are allowed in products and still deemed “safe” makes my head spin. Luckily, if you are celiac or have a wheat/gluten sensitivity I have some good news…. I have found fabulous gluten free makeup! I am going to share my favorites!

Let’s start with an eye shadow palette, you cannot go wrong with the Boss Babe Palette! The name is amazing, the colors are fabulous (and each has its own fierce name as well). The pigmentation is extraordinary. I love that there are 10 shadows and that you get 5 matte and 5 shimmer. This allows you to create gorgeous day and evening looks with just one palette.

Lipstick is one of the most important products to ensure is gluten free. The risk of ingesting some of your lipstick or lipgloss is super high especially if you are wearing some while eating or drinking. I love this lip kit. It comes with a lip crayon and a creamy matte lipstick that will not leave your lips feeling dry. There are four options, my favorite is “Like Really Pretty” (as seen here) and “Berry Shady” – this one is a deep purple color that is gorgeous for summer, fall and spring!

Custom Foundation is amazing! I create a one-of-a kind foundation just for you. Each woman has her own recipe that I keep on file to easily remake when you run out. Appointments can be done in person or over zoom! I love this product so much because the quality is higher than any foundation that you can by in the store and you get your exact match! I also can put in skin care products into your foundation to make your skin healthier as you wear it.
These are just a few of my favorites! If you are gluten free or just trying to avoid gluten and need some assistance on finding a product not listed here, just shoot me a message!
